Does anyone believe in Colon Cleansing?

I know a little bit about colon cleansing and the facts on colon cleansing and what it does to improve your health, but has anyone ever done a colon cleanse and if so, what is best product and most affordable one out there that works? I am just curious to if a clogged colon is responsible for all sorts of problems like foggy memory, lack of energy, irregular bowels and not having a bowel movement everyday, lack of concentration, mood swings, as well as a pop belly when you aren’t exactly that much overweight. Those symptoms represent me and I was wondering if doing a colon cleanse regimen would make me feel like a whole new person and give me energy and strength to go work out in a gym and build up my muscles. Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What causes dizziness and sweating with left kidney pain?

Ocasionally (once every two months or so), I’ll be going about my day and suddenly I’ll get dizzy, sweaty and the left side where my kidney is will hurt. It only lasts for about five minutes and then I’m fine. The left kidney hurts all of the time so I’m thinking maybe I pulled a muscle or something. Any ideas?

Oh I’m not pregnant and I’m in excellent health otherwise.

Is the Lemonade Detox Diet bad for athletes?

I am an athlete, I play high level volleyball however I’m only practicing twice a week right now. Would starting the lemonade detox diet be a major risk to my health, or would it be fine for now since I’m not practicing too hard yet. I really want to do this detox and loose some weight!! Good detox diet program?

Can anyone recommend a detox program that not only doesn’t require me to buy expensive supplements or pill and that also won’t make me lose too much weight. I’m not looking to lose weight, I just want to improve my health and purify my body. Also, as this is my first attempt at a detox program, I’d like it to only be a 7-day program. Please help! Do they really test for detox kits in drug screens?

The kit I’m using is just natural vitamins to promote health and rid the body of all toxins? There’s nothing illegal about that. So why would anyone tell me it would cause me to fail if its just a concentration of legal herbs and vitamins. I just don’t believe that is correct.
