I’ve been having symptoms of IBS for the past week now (I’m 99% sure I have it), and I am actually really annoyed with having pains in my stomach and very soft stool one day, and constipated the next. What are some things that I can eat to help make my symptoms less painful?
Can I still have gallstones if they say that my blood work looks great? I’ve been having these "attacks" for 20 months and after all my research I believe I have gallstones, but the nurses at the ER seem to think different.
The nurse thinks it’s just IBS (Irritable Boul Syndrome), but I have know people with IBS and mine is a whole lot worse with vomiting.
I have a chronic case of IBS, I’ve been to many doctors & no one seems to help me. I heard somewhere that medical marijuana helps relieve symptoms. What do I do to get information on this?
So I suffer from IBS but it gets embarrassing when my friends stay over at weekends or if I stay at there place and I get bad wind! (Sounds funny but its true!) And I heard having an imodium before going out drinking can help the stomach next day??… Any hints or tips would be GREATLY appreciated!

I go out weekly and never learn that drinking sets off my IBS the next day. Is there any thing that I can do before drinking, or any certain drinks that aren’t so bad for me?

My step brother has been diagnosed with IBS and he has it very severe. I am scared to have contact with him now. My brother said, I am acting crazy but i tell him to keep away from me. I don’t have much medical knowledge but I am very afraid to see his suffering of stomach pains and food phobia. My step brother is 32 and i’m 17 (he is son of father’s first wife)
I am doing push ups with 45 Ibs plates on my back and adding another 45Ibs plate to make it two 45Ibs plates on my back doing push ups…. is this better that benching for extra added core strength and endurance and power as well? What do you think of this type of push up and would you do them?

hi i’m 14 years old and i think i may have irritable bowel syndrome. if i like eat a bunch of food and don’t use the bathroom and like sit in any position my stomach goes insane it feeling like someones like punching me over and over again. does this sound like ibs?
I do not get diarrhea but my stomach gets upset.

if you have ibs which is causing acid reflux can the acid reflux be seen in an endoscopy because i had an endoscopy and was all normal but the doctor said i could be irritable bowel.
