A person I work with is applying for another job and had to take a drug test of course. He smokes pot and sometimes uses cocaine. If he drinks a lot of water for about two or more days before the test, will that clear his urine from showing drug use.

I’m going to be drug tested for a job soon and I need detox in order to pass cause i’ve been pretty generous with the pot smoking. But no more of that, and I would definitely love to know where any local places are to get detox so i can started getting this out of my system.
Well they don’t do the pee test, they only take a swab of the mouth… How accurate is that method?

I spent about 7 weeks getting high everyday. It’s now been 5 weeks since I’ve smoked. Some body just called me out of the blue and asked if I’ld apply for a job that would be a promotion. They asked if I could pass a drug test. Whats the truth. 30 days, 60 days, 90 days.
I’ve heard drinking lots of water, green tea, cranberry juice, and detox kits from a drug store.

If it was just for getting hired for a job and the person fails a drug test what would happen? Like the person is not on probation, no criminal record, or anything bad. just a normal person who tried it once because they were curious but then had to get tested to get hired for a job, but fails it.

would the employers involve the police?, would they not involve the police and just not hire you?

what are the possibilities?

When people have a job coming up and the company needs a drug test in 2-4 weeks. People will just do everything they can to get the THC out of their system to pass. Once they pass they just go back to smoking it. So what is even the point of drug tests?

I’m 18, 160 lbs of almost no body fat. I smoke regularly, 2-4 times a week. Summers coming and I need a job but I don’t wana just fake it and use a detox kit for my drug test because I’m actually quitting smoking. I play lacrosse every day and have 3 weeks left of it. I have an interview with Blockbuster in oregon on thursday and I think I have a good chance at getting the job. The only problem is I hear that Blockbuster hair tests. I smoked today and I may have to take a pre employment drug test for a job I really need. I know that I shouldnt be smoking pot, and if it didnt help me sleep so well I wouldn’t do it at all. I just found out about the job today, after I had already smoked, so my question is what is the best way to pass a drug test by tomorrow? I already only drink water, and my current job has a lot of physical labor to it so I do sweat a lot. So is my best bet to continue to drink a lot of water and just hope for the best or should I buy a detox kit? Which would be more effective on such short notice?
