I take a multivitamin everyday (One-A-Day), and I have to take it with a meal. But at the same time, I am doing a colon cleanse. I already took my colon cleanse pills, but I have not eaten breakfast yet. Im afraid that If I take my vitamin with my meal and I end up having a bowel movement, that will be a waste of my multivitamin and i will end up having to take another one today.
