Detox And Cleanse Your Colon For Health And Long Life
I want to do a body cleanse to rid my body of toxins but I don’t want to starve myself to do it… any at home cleanses that are easy? or something similar to a cleanse?
Been smoking, drinking, doing drugs and I want to start a new life. Please suggest some remedies to help cleanse my body of all these toxins i’ve been putting into it.
Thank you.
I really want to cleanse my body of toxins but don’t want to gain any weight when i’m off it. should i still do it to clean out my body?
There is no doubt that fasting is beneficial, as I’ve tried it myself. But does the body actually "purge" itself of toxins as we have been told? Are they flushed out of tissues and dumped into the bloodstream? Where do they go? What percentages are excreted from the skin? The bowel? The lungs? The sinuses? Is it even measurable? Are there examples of blood chemistry before, during and after a long fast? Is the blood full of stress-related chemicals before the fast? Does the blood become "dirty" with toxins and perhaps microbes/parasites/pathogens during the cleansing stage (when we experience the headaches, chills, fever, nausea, etc)? Does the blood become "clean" again after the fast has ended? Most importantly, where has this all been proven? Everyone has an opinion, but I’m interested in knowing where I can find the FACTS.
Definitions of fasts:
Dry Fasting: No food, no liquid. Very challenging and requires close supervision. Obviously not for extended periods, but a powerful type of fast (supposedly).
Water Fasting: No food, only purified water. Also very challenging. Produces hard and fast cleansing but also causes very intense side effects. For more experienced fasters.
Juice fasting: Pure fresh fruit juices and purified water. Provides nutrients in a pre-digested format, yet allows digestive system to rest and heal. High-energy fast that does not require faster to conserve energy (quite the opposite…you take stairs two at a time!). Side effects are mild.
I’ll trust personal experience over inexperienced "professional opinion" any day. As I said, EVERYONE has an opinion…even doctors. I’m just interested in what has been proven. No conclusions necessary. Just raw data.
i had about 3 drinks last night and my liver feels kindoff heavy since im a light drinker so what is the best thing to eat or to drink to get rid of the toxins from the alcohol..ohh plus im 16 but ive only drinked once this year which was yestarday soo can that stun your growth?
I went to have a facial today, and the woman doing my facial told me that my liver was toxic and that it was causing my breakouts. She told me that I needed to go on a six week cleanse to clean out all the toxins. Can you really tell if my liver is toxic by just looking at my face? Also, the woman doing my facial has about 40 years experience if that matters. Thank for any help that you can provide
About two months ago, I decided to try and lose some weight and also to try and rid my body of toxins at the same time. I wanted to see if it would help my chronic fatigue syndrome and related disorders, since nothing else really has. I’ve been taking a lot of prescription meds for pain, anxiety, insomnia and mood regulation for nearly five years. Now, smoothies for breakfast and for most lunches have become my routine. I try to keep them very healthy and filling, using organic fruits and vegetables, Activia or similar Yoplait product, and sometimes soy milk (I’m lactose intolerant). My bowel movements have become very regular, and copious, once or twice per day. But my flatulence has also become very regular, and both my gas and my stool smell different and more foul than before the diet change. Does this mean what I’m doing is unhealthy, or can it mean that I am achieving my goal of cleansing my system of nasties?
I mean it’s bad for your liver, and the liver is meant to take the bad stuff out of you, like, to detox your body (I think). And the liver also releases vitamins and toxins to your skin which are suppose to keep it hydrated and smooth.
And I’ve heard that alcohol dehydrates your skin. Idunno.
Could alcohol make you age faster?
I need a 7 day detox program or one that really works. I know about lemons and water etc. etc. I would like a plan something that will really clean up my system. Clear out all of the toxins from unhealthy eating. Does anyone know a detox plan that works.
so i stared drinking red clover tea last and this woman told me that its gonna clear my whole face up and cleanse the liver and flush out all the toxins (because i have some acne) its would take about 3 whole months and i have been drinking it so i have noticed that my face has been worse like more inflamed and do you think thats beacuse its pushing out all the toxins this week so my face is gonna be worse now and more inflamed….tell me what u think ..? thanks so much
If I went on a detox program that was supposed to flush all toxins from my system would it mess with my antidepressant medication?
I don’t mean institutional detox programs, just the kind that you can buy in stores.
I believe it is possible through detox cause I read on the internet it happened through liver cleanse 9it changed from brown to hazel with blue in a ring around it0.
Can anyone tell me how to do a very effective detox even if it does not change my iris colour cause I need to get rid of the toxins in my body. If any one knows how to change eye colour please let me know.

I am looking to lose a good amount of weight and at the same time cleanse my body of toxins. I have a juicer and heard that juicing is amazing for your body. I am looking for some good cleansing juices, effective workouts and ways to stay motivated. Thanks.
I have come back from the hospital, for what I hope is the last time from overdosing. The doctors say if I keep it up, ill eventually need a liver transplant. I feel sick, tired, and depressed. Maybe I am looking for a quick fix, but I would like to some how cleanse my body of the toxins, and get some energy back. Anyway have any ideas? I have thought of the master cleanse, but I can never seem to make it more then a day. I have all the ingredients, and could start it now, does anyone have any tips to be successful? or any other ideas. I just want some energy
I have been sick for a few days and I don’t know precisely what I have, but I suspect it’s from overloading my body with fast food and soda while being on a medication that is hard on my liver and kidneys. I also have pet rats and mice so I’ve been breathing in ammonia from their cages.
Will the Isagenix cleanse help get rid of these toxins, or am I making it worse by straining my body with a cleanse? Also, how am I supposed to eat while I’m on the cleanse? I’m not doing it to lose weight and I don’t have the Isagenix snacks, so I would just be eating normal food. Will it go right through me and be a waste of food, or will it undo the cleansing?
I’m avoiding greasy foods and sugar because I get incredibly nauseated after eating them, but at the same time I don’t really have fresh fruits or vegetables at the moment either… my current options for eating (I have many strong food allergies so my options are limited: gluten intolerant, lactose intolerant, food dyes bother me, and the list goes on) are rice pasta with spaghetti sauce, cheese, frozen broccoli with cheese, canned beets, and I think we have some canned spinach.
