I’m not fat or overweight but I have a little belly.People say it’s not even bad but it just annoys me sometimes because I just want it to be a little flatter. Is there any workout suggestions? I’ve been doing sit ups which has helped a little but I want some other ideas too. Thanks!

Does running help burn fat in the stomach?What about push ups? And dieting,I do try to avoid eating late at night and I don’t eat really fatty fried foods or much candy.

What is the best exercise to lose belly fat?




- i have been eating healthy , i drink plently of water.
but i need to lose belly fat, lower back, and love handles in 6 weeks.
i have the bicycle machine at home & i do that every single day for 30 min .
what else can i do ?

whats a really good exercise that would help me besides
cruches, sit-ups …
im 126 pounds right now but i want to get to 115 at least by june .

I am doing push ups with 45 Ibs plates on my back and adding another 45Ibs plate to make it two 45Ibs plates on my back doing push ups…. is this better that benching for extra added core strength and endurance and power as well? What do you think of this type of push up and would you do them?

How to get bigger biceps and lose belly fat?




Hi, how do i get like bigger arms? I do like 15 chin ups, 30 push ups and 60 sit ups. Will i lose my belly fat and gain bigger biceps by continuing this? And I am planning to eat right and do all that stuff. Jog, run etc. And no pills…

Im kind of heartbroken, I love food sooo much. I love being able to eat what i want, whenever i want.. but the pain it causes is soooo not worth it. I need easy, cheap, simple things i can eat that you have found doesnt cause flare ups, or excess gas. This is completely new to me, and besides knowing fried, carbonated an take out is bad, thats about the extent of my knowledge. Thanks!

I have Ulcerative Colitis and was hospitalized 3 times and lost 20 lbs due to it. Now that I’m starting to put weight back and have more energy, I have noticed that all my strength is gone and i can barely do push ups,I wasn’t weak before since i was diagnosed halfway through boot camp. Is it possible my body started eating muscle to get nutrients?

i am kinda lazy to do sit-ups, and i just want to know what is the best way to reduce the belly fat, am not overweight am just 150lbs so, are pills the only answer?

Was it worth it? I’ve had ulcerative colitis for almost 5 years and the flare ups are really starting to bother me. Sometimes they last for weeks and I usually end up having to go to the bathroom for more than 5-10 times a day. So I was sort of thinking about maybe having my colon removed.

Was your life better after you had your colon removed?
