thinner stomach and flat abs help please?
okay so school starts in two weeks and i reeeeally want flat toned abs. I have field hockey practice mon-sat seven to ten thrity the practice involves sprints running conditioning all of that, what should and shouldnt i be eating? and what other workouts can i do to get flat abs besides crunches and planks?

All snack and junk foods out. Also soda. Run for 30 min before breakfast. Eat yogurt, and lots of leafy greens. Planks, leg raises, just youtube for some ab exercises.
