I was hoping to get some suggestions of simple and mild things that you do to detox. I’ve been so busy these past few weeks that I haven’t been making the best food choices and totally skipped out on exercise. I’m getting back on track again but I would just like to do a little more.

I’d prefer not to do some box set supplement type of thing. I’m more looking for herbs, juices, teas, certain foods, etc. that are good for cleansing.
