Make sure you look at different foods in your diet. A lot of people have issues with gluten and it triggers IBS in a lot of people. I have celiac disease so I can’t eat gluten and I see people all the time on the celiac boards who weren’t diagnosed with celiac, but cut out gluten and found that their IBS went away completely. Dairy is a trigger for others. A friend of mine reacts to caffeine terribly. Eat as many fresh fruits and vegetables as you can.
