If a drug abuser had a job drug test, and he/she needed it but does not have clean pee. And a friend peed for them, what is the worst that could happen to that person ? The one who tried being a good friend, and peed for their druggie friend.

If it’s a government job, it would be fraud against the government – felony. Probably wouldn’t do any prison time, just the felony on record.
It depends on what the drug test is for. If the pee test is job related, obviously that person could lose their job if they work for the same company as the person being tested. When required to submit urine samples for analysis, a) refusing, or b) fradulently providing a false sample both carry the same penalty as testing positive. Refusal to provide a sample is considered a positive test. Aiding someone else to falsely test positive is considered fraud. It is a felony. If you are on parole or on probation, it could hurt you, otherwise it will just show up on your record. That is, if they press charges. I think your friend will get away with it, because unless someone says something, it will be hard to prove. They would have to test the urine sample for DNA which is not cheap. Then, they will have to order your friend to submit a sample to test his DNA to see if it matches the tested sample. They may ask, but he can say no. Then they would have to get a judge to sign an order for him to submit (which his refusal would be contempt). This is no simple task. There are a lot of criminals out there doing worse than peeing in someones cup. It would cost the company time and money to do something about it, like test the DNA to prove who’s it is. It is expensive and time consuming enough to do the urinalysis alone.
