What are the legal repercussions of failing a drug test for employment in the state of Pennsylvania?

If I were to apply for a job and failed a drug test for weed, would that potential employer be able to get me in any legal trouble for failing the drug test or testing positive?

No legal trouble at all. You just won’t get the job.
They don’t turn you over to the cops, you just don’t get the job.
None. But aside from not getting the job, there’s a high chance that you’ll be banned in the company’s chain of other businesses or branches.
