What exactly is IBS and celiac disease? What are symptoms?

Well anytime I eat a whole meal I have diarrhea really bad and a horribly upset stomache. I just want to know what those 2 things are. I know what IBS kind of is but not much about celiac though. Thanks so much for any help
but was does not "absorbing" mean? Like do you throw it up? what?

celiac disease is where your body can’t properly absorb wheat or gluten which is a protien.
ibs, irritaiable bowel syndrome is where your large intesines have difficulty absorbing nutrient usually a combination of constipation then diarrhea.
