What is the best ‘detox’ diet?
With summer approaching, I would like to quit drinking pop, stop eating fast food/junk food all together. I would also like to flush my body of all impurities (preservatives, salt, etc.). Besides drinking lots of water, what is a HEALTHY alternative? How long should the ‘detox’ take? SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY PLEASE!! Thank you!

I would strongly recommend the books of Ann Louse Gittleman – such as the ‘fat flush program’ or her beauty detox books. These are quick and healthy ways to loose weight quickly (without all the hype of fasting or lemon juice, etc) — and they (hopefully) set you on a healthy way for the future.

if your serious about it then you should consider a colonic irrigation, if you don’t know what it is then just Google it cause i don’t want to go into detail!!, or you could have this thing that looks like a foot bath but there’s something electronic dipped into the water that removes all impurities from your body and deposits them in the water, both are effective but i would suggest a series of colonics, they can be expensive but well worth it!!
you should be able to get either done in a health spa, just look for one in the phone book and ask them about it!!
