The most common is colon cancer. They can also find and remove hemorrhoids during the procedure. I think they start recommending colonoscopy’s when you hit 40 or earlier if there is a problem or a family history of colon cancer.
Cancer. Also will find any polyps that need to be removed.

Ulcerative Colitis
To find polyps: a small growth typically benign and to find conditions of the colon which might be cancerous.
