What should I get my brother to commemorate me giving him a kidney?

I donated a kidney to my brother last year, and wanted to get him something for the anniversary, but I don’t know what to get him. It would definitely need to be something slightly stupid, my original idea was to address a "Missing You" type of card to my kidney at his address. But any other suggestions would be great.

The idea you have is too cute. But you could also plan something to do with him that he wouldn’t have gotten to do without your kidney. Maybe something he’s been wanting to do but couldn’t.

Heres what you do….go out…find yourself a kidney…put it in a display case like a trophy…give it to him…then politely ask if you could have yours back

that sounds good, or mail a kidney bean can to him, he might get a kick out of it, change the brand name to your name and put donated for the price.

Do your really need a thank you from him for the rest of his life……I mean it was nice of you and all, but how would he feel about this?
Would he take it as owing you forever…….one does not thank a stranger every year for doing a human thing.
