It’s approx. 7-10 cm long.
Most I’ve seen have been oval in shape and about 4 inches long and a diameter of ~1 1/2 inches. Of course, this depends on the size of the person (height, not width as much). It also depends on when you are talking about seeing the gallbladder… after a fatty meal, it is likely a bit smaller because it has emptied a bit of its contents.
